Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for what your country may charge for
duty, customs taxes, tariffs, or other fees.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor
does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit
the order quantity for any reason.
For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and
we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will do everything we can to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible. Due to the popularity of some of the
items at Thermoflowproducts.com, we may not always have an item in stock.
When you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we immediately forward your order to our warehouse
and send you an email confirming this. We will send you another notice if the item is still out of stock after
7 business days, and a confirmation email when we ship the item. If after 30 days the item you ordered is still out of stock, you will receive an update from us on the status of your order.

Conditions:

Unwanted
merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of
shipment if in unused condition and in original packaging
material. Original shipping and handling and return postage
charges will not be refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued for
used merchandise that is deemed un-sellable.

The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

There is no restocking fee if you are exchanging sizes etc.

Manufacturer defective
merchandise will be exchanged at no additional cost to you if returned within 30 days
from the date of shipment.
ANY
items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL", "SPECIAL OFFER" or
"BARGAIN" items will not be accepted if
returned, and no credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds on the
original shipping fee. Actual shipping charges paid by
Thermoflowproducts.com will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our
error on our part.
The following terms must be met by you.
- REQUEST: a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)
- Return the merchandise to us
within 30 days of shipment of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned
in new, resalable condition.
- You must include all packaging
materials.
- Packaging materials must not
be torn or damaged.
- You must pay any return
shipping expense.
- INCLUDE: a completed
copy of the Return Authorization Form
in with the package.

Upon receipt of the
returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30
days of original shipping, we will credit your Visa or MasterCard, send
you a refund check or apply the credit to your account here
with us that you may use towards future purchases.
